Our new visual style guide was designed to capture the spirit of surfing and the unique lifestyle of the Porto community. We discovered that success wasn't just about selling surf lessons, but about communicating the experience people were seeking and speaking the community's language through design. This new branding helped the surf school attract new customers, boosting sales by 400% in just two weeks and increasing its Instagram following by 60% over six months.
Event planning that broke records at maus hábitos
To attract new audiences while maintaining authenticity, we curated a premium selection of films from world-renowned platforms like the Cannes Film Festival, Short of the Week, VICE, and NOWNESS, all centered on global surf and skate culture.
We executed this project for “Cinema à Mesa,” the recurring film and dining event at Máus Hábitos, a key cultural hub in downtown Porto. We initiated a collaboration between the venue and the local skate community, Sidewalk AF. Our team oversaw all aspects of the project, including event planning, logistics, PR, video management, and hosting.
The result was overwhelming demand. The event was filled beyond capacity, with some guests sitting on the floor and others unfortunately having to be turned away. Attendance surpassed both the venue's physical and culinary limits, proving the concept's immense success.
